Seoul Auto will not give out any personal or business information to third parties, unless required to do so by law, or for the purpose of shipping and clearing the vehicle.

Seoul Auto will not sell, give or exchange your information with any other business except with your express permission.

From time to time Seoul Auto may undertake to send you details of promotions or specials, however this will be done by Seoul Auto and no third party will be privy to your information.

 This is an auto car parts site sells various kinds of rare genuine auto-parts of Korean cars mainly Hyundai and Kia. Mostly of them are hardly to obtain in the Australia and New Zealand markets now.

Of course! We could issue you a print-version invoice and send in your packages with your products.

Currently we do not have any active discount codes running, however keep your eyes on our social pages or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about a sale or promotion.

New products are covered for a period of 12 months, unless stated elsewhere. All faulty products must be returned to Seoul Auto as the product is required to be inspected by the manufacturer before any claim can be made. Please contact us first before shipping the faulty item back to us.

Please note: parts/products are not guaranteed against failure or damage that has arisen from faulty or incorrect fitment or use, incorrect application, damage caused by any means over which we did not have control.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days if your product is in stock and your payment has cleared. 

If your order is on back order – the availibilty will be displayed on the listing and we will ship it out within 1 business day of it arriving to our showroom.

Your order arrival time will vary depending on your location, or if there are any unexpected delays.

As a guide:

Standard local Melbourne shipping: 1-2 days.

Express local Sydney shipping same day or overnight.

Standard Interstate shipping: 3-7 days.

Express Interstate shipping: 1-3 days.

Please note, allow an extra 2 days for some interstate and regional areas.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched via email. This email may take up to 24 hours to arrive into your inbox.

If you can’t find this email, we suggest checking your junk/spam mail or simply login to your account via our website and ask our live chat.

Please check for your order tracking number supplied with your order and track with the courier dedicated to your delivery for updates. If you are still unsure of the status of your order please contact our live chat and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and updated with tracking number supplied to you before emailing us. If your order doesn’t have a tracking number or was not received, please contact our live chat.

Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by delays caused from unforseen circumstances which may extend our delivery time estimates.

If your item has arrived damaged in transit, we will require photos of the packaging and the item that has been damaged.
